need:
* , Radar supported: 5Q0907561

* , Rack radar: 5F0 853 667 C 9B9

* 2 screws M6 / 100: N101 635 05

* 5 rivets
* 10-pin: 000 979 009

* Connector radar: 4F0972708

* , Wiring: 2 x 2x0,35 stranded, positive, negative

Plate for the support beam radar or Original: 5F0807109B

, Switch to ACC: 5Q0953513AG
js0yhj.jpg

first, you need to remove the bumper

9t36ko.jpg

For which you have no ACC manufactures missing you like my structure for supporting the radar,
29ws3rq.jpg

, So here's what I've done fabricarmela with a 3mm aluminum plate 11.4 cm x 22 cm, which would have put the radar bracket to mark the holes, just in case, at the opposite end I made the 5mm holes also in case; these holes 5mm ... I happened to a male thread 6/100 to put the original screws ref N 101 635 05
2m6s46w.jpg

once we have the plate ready, mark the center of the crossbar which are about 4 cm 46,5cm and mark the left and right to subsequently put 3 rivets to secure the plate to the cross, once we make the holes 5.5mm.
mark the centers to the plate and present it to the back of the beam leaving the threaded holes 38 cm of soil and well centered, we do drills and rivets. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO LEAVE WELL PLATE AND FOCUSED RIGHT HEIGHT.

I made myself wiring, for that I bought a few rolls of 0.35mm cable 10 meters:

2 orange rolls
1 gray
1 red
1 brown (it had to be white, but I have not found)
one black

must braiding orange / gray and orange / white (in my case brown)

the connector ref: 4F0 972 708 8-pin

put the pins, plus we've put a piece of insulating termoretractil to make it better

I've also

covered with tape antical?rica also it will protect

The pinout is as follows

black to pin 1
gray to pin 2
Orange orange / gray to pin 3
white to pin 5 (in my case brown) -------- This goes to pin 7 of the camera
Orange orange / white to pin 6 ----------- This goes to pin 1 of the camera
red to pin 8

We will place the wiring and connect the connector on the radar, so we put it next to the water tank wiper connector down
352n9xx.jpg

below we take the connector and had next to the thermostat wire,
aorpd2.jpg

took the cable from behind the bar, I have fastened with a stub sticker inside the crossbar and down the cable to the camera plate, place the connector in place.
2hyksvl.jpg

is so
2gya9t1.jpg

We will replace the grid by having the window for radar, for this we press the pins with a screwdriver and let pressure by hand to go disengaging the grid

qzm44i.jpg

Once removed, place the new ref: 5F0 853 667 C 9B9

we put the bumper without forgetting connect the fog and whoever has PDC system.

This will already looking something !!! : banana:
2u43jp3.jpg

now we have to put the wiring inside the Cabin

for this we will remove the battery, as this just behind the rubber grommet, he punctured with a screwdriver to put a guide into the car and with it the wires

wuqyqc.jpg

once we have the wires inside, we have to upload to the camera, remove the left top of the dashboard and release the plastic of the left pillar (where the tweeter) has 4 staples, shooting from the top backwards, will pressure
104oky0.jpg

33bioeq.jpg

2uopie1.jpg

pass the cables through the edge of the upholstery of the roof, removing it from the glass just enough to between cables, now let's remove the casing of rain and light sensor, and it's there housed the camera comes out easily by forward pressure and then down over 4 staples.

nz108x.jpg

after removal finished route the cables to the camera
24dhbnc.jpg

Now we pressure down the camera in the most part to the connector next release, a loose once, release the connector.

[img]http://i57.tinypic.com/5npr9e.jpg

we get the record of pins of the housing to place the cables where they belong:

Orange orange / white (in my case brown) to pin 1 of the camera
white (in my case brown) Orange / White on pin 7 of the camera
orange orange / gray with orange / brown pin 2 of the camera
gray orange / gray with orange / gray pin 8 of the camera
black with brown pin 5 of the camera
red with yellow / red pin 6 of the camera
2sec9.jpg

2lizdsn.jpg

to put the wires on pins 1 and 7 put them before the pins on the ends, all other connections have used stealer.
Once all the connections we put the wires and put the camera back
2drt0md.jpg

put the housing back and now go with the replacement of switches and coding

for this we will start removing the airbag, for it will turn the wheel we put a screwdriver into the hole as you can see in the photo, to press the wire and release the 1st leg of the airbag, do the same operation with the other side
59uf85.jpg

I used a cell phone to guide me and see the wire but also you can use a small mirror, simplifies work than having to do it blindly

.Now Put straight the steering wheel and disconnect the positive of the battery to avoid shocks to the airbag (I've done it before without removing a terminal of the battery) advise remove.

However, once loose pins airbag pulling proceed to remove the

Now release the connector ring, for it threw the lock tab, and pulling it out easily
vya8fc.jpg

we have the airbag removed recommend care when menajemos airbag ring [/ b] is quite fragile. Let's take the wheel to do the 1st and very important we make a mark at the screw / wheel as seen in the photo, for when we have to tighten to put it quits in the same position,
hwhgtj.jpg

remove the center screw
vnchhe.jpg

LEAVE OPPOSING ARROWS as in the photo and put masking tape or cellophane in the ring so that we avoid that turn, we will keep opposing arrows at all times.
t83xh5.jpg

Now remove the 2 screws in front and one down, once we removed the screwdriver pry the union of the two covers, I did which were located the 2 screws
2l3j9s.jpg

We took all connectors, whites easily go gently pry the tab and the yellow and red below must release the lock, also come easily
2gwubv9.jpg

once released all connectors we will carefully remove the ring airbag, for that 1st remove the screw from the bottom and 2 got the two tabs is above, what desencajamos and once disengaged from the two tabs 3rd we can extract .
5vrri8.jpg

We can now make the module handles pulling straight out and removing the screw before there by the bottom
73hvlh.jpg

put the module or modules of the new handles and perform all the operation in reverse order

Once put everything everything we reconnect the terminal of the battery, when the ignition they will be 50 failures and more lights than berbena Dove but not be alarmed if ye left facing arrow ring at all times there will be calibrated the gyro sensor and all failures picture is off when we walk in a straight line without exceeding 20 km / h for a few meters (explained later as to readjust the rotation sensor) if someone changes the ring airbag or not him off the fault of the picture.

then spent the VAG to clear all faults

such that it is becoming so
